Life happens. But when your life changes you need to make certain that your estate plan changes as well. You should never treat your Will or Trust or Advanced Directives for that matter as documents that once are signed are never to be looked at again. If you don't take the time to do this, you are risking that your plan, as you had intended it to work, will not in the end.
