2012 Capital Markets Review -

Our Capital Markets Review is well established as one of Osler’s most popular publications. It contains our analysis of events that have affected the Canadian capital markets during the past twelve months, along with our views regarding expected market developments in 2013. Included in this publication is a general review of Canadian M&A and corporate finance activity in 2012, as well as other articles describing trends and other developments in the Canadian capital markets that we believe are noteworthy. 2012 was another interesting year for the Canadian capital markets. We were again fortunate to participate in the success of our clients on a variety of matters, which included a number of the year’s leading transactions (as highlighted in this review). We look forward to further strengthening and expanding our many valued client relationships in 2013. We hope you enjoy the 2012 edition of Capital Markets Review.
