The current obstacles created by the use of toxic documents to enforce the right of foreclosure underscore the need for a new strategy. The new strategy, like the old strategy, needs to “industrialize” foreclosure. That means the process must be replicable and scalable so that the foreclosure process operates as an assembly line function. The change that is required is to enable the process to functions without reliance upon spurious, fabricated documentation.
