A review of the Bribery Act 2010 and how it will impact on all commercial organisations carrying out business in the United Kingdom. The Act is due to come into force in April 2011. The Government is proposing to launch a consultative exercise in September 2010 in respect of guidance to be given to commercial organisations as the procedures they need to adopt in order to comply with certain provisions in the Act.
