Health Law Section leaders John R. Christiansen, Christiansen IT Law, Seattle, WA and Alan S. Goldberg, Attorney and Counselor-at-Law, McLean, VA, join Tony Notaro of the SSA's Office of Health Information Technology and Electronic Policy, to discuss the new electronic signature process and the legal issues involved.
