Actions to Avoid Before Filing Bankruptcy


Bankruptcy can be a useful and necessary form of legal debt management. In most cases, the process is fairly straightforward and free of complication. However, the Bankruptcy Code has many traps for the unwary, both innocent and not-so-innocent. This paper address some of those traps and warns against any type of fraudulent action.
