I. Certificate of Need Program

A. A. AL2023-013, Birmingham Operations, LLC d/b/a Harmony at Birmingham, Trussville, AL: Proposes to construct and operate a thirty-two (32) bed Specialty Care Assisted Living Facility (SCALF) as part of a senior housing community to be developed in the city of Trussville, Jefferson County, Alabama. The thirty-two (32) beds will be acquired and relocated from Magnolia Cottage and Holly Cottage, facilities located in Jefferson County. The new community will also include approximately eighty-two (82) independent living units and seventy-two (72) Assisted Living Facility (ALF) beds. Opposition: None. Approved.
