Rural, Marshall Medical Center South Hospital requests to establish a Physician Clinic and Infusion Center for Medical Oncology and will be owned by a physicians group to be located on the campus of Marshall Professional Center.

Status: Non-Reviewable

Rural, D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital requests to replace two (2) operating rooms and renovate the surgical department. Status: Non-Reviewable

RV2012-034, Sawrie Oncology, Inc. requests proposed assignment of professional services contracts from South Alabama Radiation Oncology, P.C., Monroeville Radiation-Oncology, P.C. and Gulf Coast Cancer Center-Gulf Shores, P.C. (collectively, the “Physician Groups”) to Sawrie Oncology, Inc. Following the assignment, Sawrie will continue to provide the same outpatient radiation oncology services that the Hixson Physician Groups currently provides, at the same locations, and the Hixson Physician Groups will cease to provide these health services altogether.
