Emergency Application AL2013-029-E, North Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC: The applicant requests an emergency review to acquire the bed operating rights of Fairfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC and relocate the existing 190 beds to Jefferson Rehabilitation and Health Center; due to Fairfield Nursing Home’s deteriorating foundation. CON 2609-NH-E was issued 3/19/2013. This project is being presented to the Board for ratification. Ratified

B. AL2013-008, Bio-Medical Applications of Alabama, Inc. d/b/a Fresenius Medical Care West Jefferson, McCalla, AL: Proposes to construct and operate an ESRD facility consisting of 13 hemodialysis stations, one of which will be an isolation station. Opposition: None; Approved
