The United States House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform (“Committee”) held a hearing on March 15th titled:

An Examination of Federal Permitting Processes

The hearing focused on federal permitting processes such as the National Environmental Policy Act and the Clean Water Act.

The witnesses at the hearing included:
