The Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) and the Department of Defense's Office of Diversity Management and Equal Opportunity have unveiled their 2013 Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) database, a recruitment resource for federal and private sector employers looking to create a diverse workforce, encompassing employees with disabilities.
The database contains thousands of profiles of highly motivated postsecondary students and recent graduates with disabilities, including veterans. These job candidates have been interviewed and prescreened by federal recruiters and are eager to showcase their abilities in the workplace.
Employers can access the WRP through ODEP's national Employer Assistance and Resource Network by visiting the website or by calling the organization's toll-free phone number: 855-275-3276.
