We all make excuses for not doing something we really know we should do. I am guilty of it over and over! But when it comes to Estate Planning it is so important not to let our fears of dying and illness get in our way of doing what is right. Discussing death and illness is a difficult conversation to have. But, if you partner with an experienced and compassionate estate planning attorney, I would bet he or she will be able to help you past what is holding you back.
