"CYA" or otherwise referred to as, cover your ass, is my recommendation for those of you who are involved in the personal injury, collections, divorce or corporate due diligence professions. To satisfy one's due diligence is like buying fire insurance...in that you hope that you never need it...but your dam glad that you bought it if you do. So true with conducting an asset search. Read on to see why it is imperative for someone in the above-mentioned professions to conduct an asset search.
