May 3 (Bloomberg Law) -- Frans von der Dunk, professor of Space Law at University of Nebraska-Lincoln, College of Law, talks with Bloomberg Law's Lee Pacchia about the legal implications of a new company's plans to mine near Earth asteroids for precious metals and water. The company, Planetary Resources, is a startup backed by Google billionaires Larry Paige, Eric Schmidt and filmmaker James Cameron among others.
