We have selected litigation software that are suited Singapore practice on the basis of affordability and ease of use. In this newsletter, we introduce - CASEMAP for litigation case management and RATIO REVIEW for document review in e-discovery. While technology will never be able to replace the lawyer, they will go a long way towards helping him do more with less effort.

C. A Roundup of Government Grants & Subsidies Available Today

In brief, the Productivity & Innovation Credit Scheme by IRAS includes "investments in automation" that covers the purchase of computers and other technology tools. There are also various schemes by the IDA that covers investment in accounting software, technology consulting and law firm websites
