In any blood draw DUI case, the manufacturers of the individual kits have certain instructions on the collection of the blood. These particular instructions are from Tritech Forensics and can be used by a criminal DUI lawyer in cross-examining a police officer or blood draw expert to determine if the procedures were followed correctly.
