Lawsuit against client's former payroll services providers, Compensation Solutions, which removed over half a million dollars from client's bank account in order to "pay itself" a claimed fee after termination of its contract by the client.

This brief was submitted in opposition to defendants' motion to dismiss or in the alternative for summary judgment, including motions to dismiss a corporate officer as a defendant and to "substitute" one party for the named corporate defendant. The court denied their motion in all significant respects.
