Motion to dismiss New Jersey portion of the notorious "Honda bribery scandal" litigation that eventually was settled as part of a nationwide Multi-District Litigation proceeding.

This motion, much of which focused on the dismissal of civil RICO claims, was granted in part and denied in part; the action was, not long after, transferred to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
