As a celebrity and privacy rights lawyer, today it is much more common to see not only celebrity rights to privacy and to control the use of their name, likeness and image misappropriated but to see employees in the workplace have their privacy invaded as well by overzealous employers utilizing surveillance cameras, keystroke monitoring software and other nefarious devices and searches to keep watch over the actions of their employees.
