California Public Agency Officials Respond to Governor’s Drought Executive Order

Sprinkler-WebWhile everyone in California is being asked to conserve water in response to the historic drought, public agencies will be impacted in a different way — how they conduct business.

In response to Gov. Jerry Brown’s Executive Order announced Wednesday, state agency officials were quick to discuss with the media how local water suppliers and municipalities will need to address restrictions and regulations. Everything from water rates to street median maintenance are being reviewed.
