Often when we read of a car accident, there is a natural sense of curiosity, wondering what happened. Who could be at fault? Will the victims recover? Is anyone being charged? It is human nature to be inquisitive.
Some Alabama car accidents seem like there is clearly a party at fault. In reading of a single-vehicle accident with no passengers, it would often appear that the driver was at fault for the accident. Casually reading a story on this may cause a reader to draw that conclusion. However, although seemingly-unintuitive, this is not always the case.
In some instances, particularly when the single-vehicle rollover is an SUV, the vehicle manufacturer could be to blame for the accident. Some vehicles are not properly outfitted to prevent vehicle rollovers and subsequent injuries. In such instances, injury victims could pursue financial recourse. However, this is not always the case and any accident will require subsequent investigation to determine the root of the rollover.
Accordingly, because this accident only happened this morning, no additional details have been released by either Huntsville Fire & Rescue or crash investigators, so the cause remains unknown. Hopefully this man will embark on a speedy recovery and be out of the hospital in due time.
