Notice of new tower project and balloon test

Rising Tide Towers, LLC, a wireless infrastructure provider, together with Wireless Partners FN, intends to construct a new communications support structure and wireless communications facility on property located off State Route 114 in Canaan, Vermont.

A balloon test for this new facility will be conducted and notice of the date and a back-up date will be provided once the test is scheduled and confirmed with Town personnel. A balloon will be flown at 190 feet and will be photographed from public areas in the vicinity, which will then be used to generate photographic simulations of the facility from various vantage points within two miles of the site.
