On the heels of the tragic Cape Coral accident we discussed yesterday, it is especially important to highlight a new safety campaign that stresses the importance of child safety seats. The Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has recently launched several new public service announcements (PSAs) and a website to encourage caregivers to learn how to select, install, and use the correct child safety seat.
