It isn’t so funny when happens outside the fictional realm of comedic films. And actually, it’s much more grotesque. The Supreme Court of Washington decided to allow a suit involving a Burger King employee spitting on a police officer’s burger to go forward despite it presenting claims different in nature than what you traditionally see in food contamination cases.
