On December 10, 2008, the US La. Eastern District Court entered a scheduling order in connection with case No. 08-4451, Public Citizen, Inc. v. Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board, et al.
This case is currently being consolidated with Scott Wolfe Jr. v. Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board, et al, and therefore, the scheduling order of this document will apply to both cases.
Trial has been set for Monday, March 23, 2009, at 9:00 A.M.
