Legal Alert: Effective today, January 30, 3012, Federal Motor Carrier’s Safety Regulation 49 CFR 383.71 requires all CDL holders/applicants to have a valid DOT medical card on file with the Division of Driver Licensing in order to obtain/retain a valid CDL license/permit.
