This document can be used to keep up with Chapter 13 bankruptcy proofs of claim. I use this document to reconcile the claims listed in the petition with the proofs of claim as they are filed. I write down the amount of the claim as listed, the amount as filed, and the difference between the 2 claims. I then take that number and add it to the running total of differences to determine, as of the date that particular proof of claim is reconciled, how the debtor's Chapter 13 payment changes because of the unsecured debt to be repaid.
