Nadya Suleman a.k.a. the Octomom has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The petition is what bankruptcy attorneys call a "bare bones" filing, usually filed in an emergency to stop a lawsuit or a foreclosure. A "bare bones" filing usually consists of just the petition and the list of creditors with a supplemental to list all of the debtor's assets and debts.
Ms. Suleman filed this without an attorney, which is not a particularly good move.
