Ordinary Citizen's right to arrest and Offender in India is a provision that is similar to what is commonly referred to as "Citizen's Arrest" in several countries. In England/Wales it is called "Any Person Arrest". In India, it is not very well known that such a powerful legal provision exists for the welfare of people. This article "captures" the essence of this provision.
