Concealing/failing to disclose knowledge of the occurrence of an event affecting the initial/continuing right to any payment with an intent to fraudulently secure such payment

Presenting/causing to be presented a claim for a physician service knowing the individual is not a licensed physician

$20,000 plus one year imprisonment (a misdemeanor) for the same offenses listed above where the conduct is by the same person who furnishes the items/services payable under federal health care programs
