Colorado Division of Insurance Steps Up to the Plate for a Second Stakeholder Meeting

On April 12, 2022, the Colorado Division of Insurance (Colorado DOI) is rounding the diamond with its second stakeholder meeting as part of Colorado Senate Bill 21-169's (as codified in Colorado Statutes section 10-3-1104.9) required rulemaking process. The second meeting will continue the first meeting’s discussion on life insurance underwriting practices. The Colorado DOI’s announcement for the second meeting noted that it will post the batting order for the second meeting on the stakeholder engagement process website. We will continue to monitor the activity of the Colorado DOI.
