Complaint against Natural Gas Co., Engineering Co and Engineer for Negligent Surveying of Gas Well and Access Road causing vehicle accident.
The Defendants place a surveying stake/marker in the middle of the Plaintiffs private farm road. Plaintiff was riding his off road farm vehicle along the road when the survey stake got caught in the wheel and steering system causing him to lose control of vehicle. Plaintiff was thrown form the vehicle and the vehicle then overturned on him, trapping him for several hours.
