Complaint against Gas Company and Drilling Company for negligence, strict liability, Public and Private Nuisance resulting in Property Damage, Business Loss and Personal Injury to Plaintiff.

Basis of liability is negligent construction of Gas Well access road to well site. The road was constructed with no drainage ditches. A very heavy rainfall resulted in the road failing and covering the plaintiff's business in mud and debris and causing personal injury to Plaintiff.
