When temporary seats for the Super Bowl were deemed unsafe, ticket holders that found themselves without a seat fought back with this class action lawsuit against Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, the NFL, Dallas Cowboys Football Club, LTD and several related entities. The plaintiffs allege breach of contract; breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing; fraud, deceit and concealment; and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
