Dr. Festus Dada alleges herein that Dr. Kali P. Chaudhuri, William Thomas, and others conspired to deprive him of his ownership interest in Temecula Valley Physicians Medical Group. The complaint further alleges that defendants have breached their fiduciary duties by converting Dr. Dada's shares to their own use, withholding and refusing to pay dividends, and falsely representing to doctors that Chaudhuri was the sole owner of TVPMG.

Damages sought exceed $1 million.
