Considering eDiscovery Options

This simple 10 page presentation/overview provides a comparison of three methods currently available for the conduct of eDiscovery. The presentation/overview also highlights the benefits of an early case assessment (first pass) review - an approach that can result in:

• Half the Time to Conduct eDiscovery – with virtually no delay in accessing data so as to allow for early case assessment plan.

• Half the Cost to Conduct eDiscovery – with cost benefits when compared to other eDiscovery offerings – and with synergistic benefits of driving down the total cost of review (inclusive and exclusive of actual attorney review costs).

• Lower the Risk to Conduct of eDiscovery - Low risk factor as Legal Teams (vs. vendor) are enabled to conduct the actual keyword searching and first pass issue review – thus substantially decreasing the risk of missing potentially responsive documents as well as increasing defensibility of the search process (FRE 502).
