With the release of New York's Consolidated Funding Application, Governor Cuomo's economic development strategies are being implemented. Municipalities, businesses and not-for-profit organizations are faced with the task of submitting important application materials by October 31, 2011. While this undertaking can seem daunting, with the right assistance this new structure can become an opportunity for an organization.
