Could You Be Forced to Pay a Parent’s Nursing Home Bill?

Recently a man in Pennsylvania was socked with mother’s unpaid $93,000 bill from a nursing home. The Superior Court of Pennsylvania agreed with the nursing home who had sued the man for his mother’s debt. At present, he has not paid and is appealing the ruling.
