Data Protection in the Portuguese Hub (II) Brazil and Cape Verde


After our last edition on data protection in Angola, we devote this edition of AVCO News to the expected Data Protection Act (DPA) in Brazil and the existing DPA in Cape Verde. The relationship between Portuguese-speaking countries has struck an all-time high in many domains so commercial activities and posting of employees cannot but be affected by privacy issues. While there is still a long way to go these are the first steps in the right direction.
