By Dec. 1, 2011, noncommercial radio stations in Alabama, Connecticut, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont, and noncommercial television stations in Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota, must prepare and file electronically a Biennial Ownership Report with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) using the current noncommercial FCC Form 323-E.
