I acted on behalf of Mars Incorporated in successfully contesting an appeal from a First Instance decision of the Opposition Division of the Trade Marks and Designs Registration Office of the European Union (OHIM). The Board of Appeal upheld the opposition filed on behalf of Mars Inc against the registration of the Applicant's FORPALS Trade Mark.
