The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board (Defendants) filed a Motion seeking to have the plaintiffs dismissed in this case.
They argue that the Plaintiffs do not have standing to bring the suit, that the court did not have subject matter jurisdiction, and that the dispute was not ripe for adjudication.
