This is a response brief filed in response to the Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment as well as the Defendant's Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment based on the same facts and allegations conceded by the Plaintiff. The case arises from a non-compete clause contained in a business sales contract under Virginia law.
