This is a motion to reconsider filed by attorney Due H. Tran of DHT LAW PLLC pursuant to the issuance of the opinion letter dated Nov. 8, 2010 in an attempt to explain an alleged misrepresentation made to the Court and his actions for which he was sanctioned under Virginia law.
