Deputy Chief Ryan Foy and Chief Deputy Arthur Bobboiune arrived at the scene, and Foy began filming Jane Doe and her partner. Doe objected, but Foy continued filming, saying it was "for training."

• Wife has no wrongful death action over husband-pilot's murder-suicide, death of daughter. Eric Johnson and his wife, Beth, had an eight-year-old daughter, Emily. When Beth filed to dissolve the marriage in July 2006, Eric didn't take it well; he became violent and threatened Beth. He also began taking flying lessons.
