EIA Report of Comprehensive December 2013 and 2013 Total Energy Stats: The U.S. Energy Information Administration Monthly Energy Review was changed in March 2014 and now contains 2013 preliminary statistics for U.S. total energy consumption, production, trade, and carbon dioxide emissions in the Energy Overview, Energy Consumption by Sector, and Environment sections of the report.
