Claimant, Draylone L. Weathersby, sued One Source Manufacturing Technology,LLC, alleging that he was not hired because the company racially discriminated against him because he was an African American, and subsequently filed an EEOC claim. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission strictly prohibits employer(s) from using racial profiles in hiring practices.
