Nossaman LLP invites you to join us for the 3rd Coastal Law Conference at The Lodge at Torrey Pines in San Diego. This in-depth seminar will feature officials from the California Coastal Commission and State Lands Commission, as well as top engineering consultants and marine scientists, alongside Nossaman coastal and land use lawyers. During the seminar, panelists will examine new challenges in the coastal planning process, including:

a look ahead to the new era of the Coastal Commission;

sea level rise and shoreline management;

providing low cost, overnight accommodations and increasing public access to the coast;

case studies in coastal enforcement; and
-
a review of 2016-17 Coastal Commission court decisions.
Audience members will have the chance to participate in Q&A sessions with each panel and network with coastal colleagues during the evening cocktail reception. This CLE* conference and hosted cocktail reception with our panelists are offered at no charge to invited attendees.
