Last week two of our partners addressed a construction law conference in Auckland, New Zealand on expert witnesses and dispute resolution alternatives.
One of the papers and addresses at the New Zealand construction law conference hosted by Lexis Nexis was by our Managing Partner, Mr Stephen Smith, who prior to joining Lovegroves was a senior barrister of 25 years standing. Stephen would literally have cross examined hundreds of expert witnesses and has an intimate understanding of the expert witness paradigm.
