My article discusses a recent U.S. District Court decision in New Jersey,Ehling v. Monmouth -Ocean Hospital Service Corp. which held that an employee's Facebook post made at work, was protected by the Stored Communications Act, where the post was restricted to her "friends". The article discusses the ramifications for employers regarding social media policies.
